Rev. Danny R. Jones
Bro. Danny began his ministry in 1974 as the Music Director at Mars Hill Baptist Church in Cornersville, TN where he also served as Adult Sunday School teacher. In June of 1978 he was Ordained as a Deacon at Mars Hill. Later that year, He felt the calling from God to preach and was ordained into the Ministry in 1979 and became the Senior Pastor at Union Valley Baptist Church. He held this position until he was called to be the Senior Pastor at Richland Baptist Church in August of 1992. Bro. Danny held this bi-vocational position, where he was named The Tennessee Baptist Convention's Bi-Vocational Pastor of The Year in 1998. In January 2000, Bro. Danny was hired as full time Senior pastor at Richland where he continued to serve until June 2009. In July 2009 Bro. Danny became the Senior Pastor at Farmington where he says, "This is the greatest Church in the world. Great people with a great spirit serving an even greater God". We feel blessed to have Bro. Danny and his wife Debbie serving with us at Farmington Baptist Church.
